Edward Thompson, Jr., is a retired environmental lawyer who recently revived the interest in silkscreen printing he developed while in college. His work reflects a deep appreciation for nature and focuses on landscapes, both expansive and intimate. With subtle color and abstraction, he seeks to evoke the spirit and mood of each special place. He and his wife moved to Port Townsend in late 2021 and now live in North Beach. Ed is a member of the board of the Jefferson Land Trust.
